PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
Will need-wax paper
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup cubed unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1″ square Parowax cubed
Directions:
Step 1: In a microwave safe bowl, combine peanut butter and cubed butter and heat for 1 min.
Step 2: Mix until completely smooth. Add in vanilla.
Step 3: Gradually add in powdered sugar until mixture reaches dough consistency.
Step 4: Roll into 1″ balls and place on a wax paper lined tray. Place in freezer for 2 hours or until completely frozen.
Step 5: In a medium pan, combine chocolate chips and Parowax on medium-low. Stir constantly until smooth and all wax is dissolved.
Step 6: Pull out frozen peanut butter balls and coat each one with the melted chocolate. After coating each one, place in refrigerator until chocolate sets.

M&M CHRISTMAS COOKIES
Heat oven to 350*
Grease cookie sheet
Ingredients:
-1 cup margarine/unsalted butter
-1 cup sugar
-1 cup brown sugar
-2 cups M&Ms
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-3 cups flour
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon baking soda
Step 1- Cream butter and sugar together until well blended.
Step 2- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Step 3-Add flour, salt and baking soda. Scrape sides to make sure no dry ingredients are left unmixed.
Step 4-Fold in M&Ms
Step 5- Roll dough into balls and place 2″ apart on cookie sheet
Bake 12-15 minutes.

I’ m not sure if it is because I’m from Ohio, but when we make peanut butter balls we always leave a bit uncovered at the top and call them includes. Love ‘em!
